HiveMQ Community Edition 2026.5 is released

The HiveMQ team is pleased to announce the availability of HiveMQ CE 2026.5.

This release provides these improvements and fixes:

• Remove hivemq-extension-sdk as included-build

• Update HiveMQ extension versions
• Disable setup-gradle Enhanced Caching and delegate to setup-java
• Upgrade eclipse-temurin base image
• Bump hivemq-extension-sdk to 4.52.0
• Dependency updates
