HiveMQ Platform Operator for Kubernetes 2.2.2 Maintenance Release

by HiveMQ Team

The HiveMQ Team is pleased to announce the release of the HiveMQ Platform Operator for Kubernetes 2.2.2. This maintenance release improves the reliability of rolling restarts on clusters that use a concurrency limit and speeds up the migration of resources that older operator versions created. The release also adds Cosign signatures to our Docker Hub images.

HiveMQ Platform Operator for Kubernetes

  • Fixed an issue where the operator prioritized an init app update over a pending rolling restart on clusters with a concurrency limit for rolling restarts.
  • Improved the performance of the migration that repairs ConfigMap and StatefulSet resources that older operator versions created without server-side apply.
