HiveMQ 4.8.4 Maintenance Release
The HiveMQ team is pleased to announce the availability of HiveMQ 4.8.4.
This maintenance release for the 4.8 series includes the following improvements:
- Fixed an issue that PUBREL packets that are resent after a reconnect are not logged in a trace recording.
- Updated HiveMQ Platform dependencies on third-party libraries.
- Added native M1 RocksDB library to HiveMQ bundles for better manageability when running HiveMQ with RocksDB on MacBook M1 models.
- Improved the build process for native images in the MQTT CLI tool to provide faster startup times.
If you currently use HiveMQ 4.x, we recommend upgrading to version 4.8.4.
