HiveMQ 4.4.2 Maintenance Release
The HiveMQ team is pleased to announce the availability of HiveMQ 4.4.2.
This maintenance release for the 4.4 series includes the following improvements:
- Streamlined MQTT reason code and reason string sending for server initiated disconnects.
- Fixed an issue where retained messages were not correctly delivered to multi level wild card subscribers.
- Fixed an issue where triggering a backup from the control center could interfere with the proper cluster operation.
- Reduced the disk memory footprint of a running HiveMQ instance.
If you currently use HiveMQ 4.x, we recommend upgrading to version 4.4.2.
