HiveMQ 3.1.4 Released

The HiveMQ team is pleased to announce the availability of HiveMQ 3.1.4. This is an important maintenance release and brings the following improvements:

  • Fixed a persistence leak in the client session persistence that caused growing persistences
  • Fixed an issue that could cause to lose wildcard subscriptions in the cluster
  • Fixed the subscription count metric
  • Fixed a cosmetic logging error that could be thrown when shutting down HiveMQ
  • Fixed a potential memory leak for QoS 1 and 2 messages
  • Fixed a race condition that could cause to lose subscriptions on very fast client takeovers
  • Fixed a cosmetic exception in the cluster when a node got unavailable
  • Improved message routing in cases where a cluster node
  • Cluster stability improvements
  • Stability improvements
  • Minor performance improvements

You can download the new HiveMQ version here.

We strongly recommend to upgrade if you are an HiveMQ 3.1.x user.
