Paid sick leave

All Employees globally will now receive 5 paid sick days annually, separate from their regular PTO.

Paid maternity / parental leave

We offer Birthing or Adoptive Parents 16 weeks fully paid (basic salary) and Non-Birthing Parents 6 weeks fully paid (basic salary). In countries where a parental leave benefit is already statutory, this benefit is a top-up to 100% of basic salary.

HiveMQ is a remote-first company with teammates from around the world. We have virtual company events to have fun and meet colleagues in a relaxed environment. Once a year, we all meet at a company-wide event where we look at the past year's major milestones and the plan for next year. And, of course, we have lots of fun together.
